Jeffrey Charles resides in Toronto, Canada. After a brief period of study at Queen's University, Jeffrey graduated from Canada's unique and innovative Independent Studies program at the University of Waterloo

Outside of professional life, Jeffrey is an active supporter of the arts. Jeffrey is an avid photographer, and has also worked with different mediums of on canvas to express his own creativity. Passionate about music, Jeffrey actively promoted developing musicians while in university including now well known artists Bedouin Soundclash, K'naan, and Shad. Jeff continues to be passionate about music, and is a collector of world music.

Jeffrey participates in his community philanthropically through the Big Brothers and Sisters program where he has the unique opportunity to live like a kid again while acting as a 'big' to young men in the Toronto community. He also actively fundraises for the Art Gallery of Ontario and the Campbell Family Institute at the Princess Margaret Hospital. Jeffrey is a board member of The Remix Project, a innovative 'cultural incubator' for at-risk youth.

Golf, squash and tennis, snowboarding, yoga and clay shooting are recrational passions for Jeffrey. As a typical Canadian, he also continues to play beer-league hockey twice a week.

Jeffrey's lucky number is 9. He is both a Canadian and UK citizen.
